Effie M. Randall, 67, of Kingston, passed away peacefully Friday, July 17, 2015 at Marlette United Hospice Residence in Marlette. She was born October 5, 1947 in Flint, daughter to the late Lawrence and Edwina (Behringer) Richards. She enjoyed karaoke, going to the casino and most of all, spending time with family and friends. She is survived by: Shannon Ferguson (daughter) of Kingston, Ronald Dibbie II (son) of Kingston, Jeremy, Garret, Justin Ferguson (grandsons) of Marlette, Harriet Richards (sister), Florence Smith (sister), Dorothy “Zee” and Norman Foster (sister), Ella and Delbert Ronk (sister), Donna Perry (sister), several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Edwina Richards, brothers George, Daniel and Ernest Richards. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 20, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette with Fred Mroczek officiating. Burial will be in the Marlette Cemetery. Memorials may be donated to United Hospice Service, 2770 Main, P.O. Box 307, Marlette, MI 48453. Visitation will be held on Sunday 1 pm to 8 pm and Monday 12 pm to 1 pm at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette.
